Order Process

When you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order
• Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by processing your payment and shipping the products
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available

Pricing

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In their original condition
• Unplanted and unused
• In their original packaging with tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Perishable Plants Policy

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, fruit trees and berry plants cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been planted. This includes all items from our product categories.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
3. Our team will respond with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions
4. Package the item securely and include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
